All tickets are on a per account basis. This means buying an "Admit Two/Three/Four/All" ticket will allow entry for two, three, four, or all of your characters on the account buying the ticket. You cannot buy an "Admit Two/Three/Four" ticket and bring in one, two, or three of your friends' characters on their accounts for free, just as you wouldn't expect to be able to buy an "Admit All" and bring every character in the game.

If you have multiple accounts, you need to purchase multiple tickets. You will need one ticket for each account that wants entry to the Festival.
