Would it be possible to get a list of which Simucoin Store items can be purchased and then transferred ingame from the claiming character to another character and which items when purchased go directly to the character who claims them?
Follow up questions because I haven't personally done it; can a Gift of Adventure be purchased by a subscription account and sent to a Free Account? Can a Free Account purchase a Gift of Adventure and send it?

I know the answer to one half of the question, because I've done it. Anyone can buy a GoA and send it to other accounts, as long as they are "Pay" accounts. I have sent GoA's to other accounts/character names with their instance (prime/plat/tf) they play in.
As for giving a GoA to a free account, that I don't have an answer to. I would think no, since they are "free" accounts. If they became a "pay" account I could see it. But if you payed to upgrade a free account to a pay account and they can't make the next month's payment (hence why they could be free account), they would lose access to the new "paid" account. If that makes sense?
But as far as I know, anyone can give a GoA to any other paid account out there. I do it for myself if I"m not sure if I can make the next months payment. I'll do a GoA to myself to make sure I can still have access the following month. I actually did it for this account back in May to make June's payment. LOL
