Mind putting a Phase 1 announcement in the NEWS? This way we can get past this phase faster and get to important phase, the one where I finally get my last name!
Oh yea, and maybe send out an email to those folks with accounts on hold offering another free trial etc. This might be the thing that gets folks to come back for a month just to register their last name and before they know it they're hooked again and they stick around.
