Maybe I'm just wierd but I wish the setting would be labeled CvC (Character vs Character), as opposed to PvP (Player vs Player). In most games, the difference is so minor as to be immaterial. I'd hope in this game that it would be different and people would understand the difference.

Actually, I think the distinction is fairly simple, at least in theory:
CvC: This is an in character conflict. Your character wishes to see another character maimed or dead.
PvP: This is an out of character conflict. You the player are angry at the player behind another character.
Where it becomes problematic is the fact that many people do not or cannot stop their CvC fights from becoming PvP fights.
