I'd like to see a way to pay (at least) Ilithi debt in Fang Cove.

Agreed: It is rather inconvenient to have to run all the way to Ilithi to pay for Yrisa's fees. It seems to me that since so much of the Fang Cove bank is underground, it would be simple to add a room or niche to handle debts, local or otherwise.

The BANK verb allows for remotely viewing and managing your bank accounts and provincial debts.
Premium subscribers have free, unrestricted access to the ACCOUNT and DEBT options.
Syntax:
BANK DEBT {PROVINCE} {#}: Send a runner to designated province to settle debts. (You must be carrying the necessary funds on you.)

GRIM45 covered it -- this already exists, twice.
The original: Premium banking facilities with foreign exchange offices allow you to pay debt, even in remote provinces. Fang Cove's bank has a Foreign Exchange area, and the sign there gives the syntax.
And the newer: The BANK option is free for Premium players because of the original. Premium players already had access to remote debt payments, so when the verb was released we maintained that perk for Premium players.

Honestly one of the better QOL things about premium. Half the time I just do bank debt after finishing a hunt and having random change, and it covers me for most situations.
