I said this would be late, and it is. It's not that there were that many lockouts (as you'll see there weren't) it's the sheer volume of stuff that gets sent to me, and that has priority over this. Now, on with the numbers!
Lockouts

That's all.
Warnings

(So much for my prediction of people home or off work bumping the numbers)
Next, there was a good question earlier this week.
<<If I had a character that was being a trouble maker on one account, and heat was being called down on the account, what would happen to other characters I transferred to another account?>>
The answer is, if the other account is also yours, expect it to follow the first one into suspension. If it's someone else's account (you gave them the character) it depends. If it was before the lockout came up, not much if anything will happen to them (unless you're using their account, in which case, see the first answer). If the character was given away after the lockout came up, the character isn't going anywhere. There's the note about "accounts in good standing" included with transfers. Getting locked out is one of the ways your account gets into "bad standing."
I hope everyone enjoyed their turkey day! (or for my no meat eating sister, Quorn day... yuck.)
