Well here are the numbers for last week. I've been working on a few other things, so this one is late, but Friday's should be on time.

As a heads up, next weeks numbers will be a little skewed because some of these resulted in lockouts that will show up in the numbers for this coming week. That's a timing artifact caused by the fact that every lockout request has to be reviewed twice, and a bunch of the warnings were Friday afternoon, so there are lockouts that were not yet reviewed in the time frame the numbers were compiled from.
