So does doublestrike work with the offhand weapon based on the offhand skill? I'm thinking it does of course but never really seen any posts setting that notion in stone. On that note, I think it would be neat, since offhand really doesn't do much currently to have the ability's cooldown time reduced with higher offhand ranks. It works the way I always wanted to see offhand perform in conjunction with another melee weapon in main hand, and I think it would be very feasible to grant a lower cooldown based upon said ranks.
