I seem to recall there was a possibility of 1 ability slot gained per 10 circles from 151+. Is this still on the table?



Squanto: think they'll make it so we can swim to the islands?
Codiax: probably not but who knows
Squanto: maybe moonwalk faster on the iceroad with enough reflex, athletics & xibar up?

Debilitation: 420 04% perusing (2/34)

Thats after roaring area after every kill or about every minute. Used my voice up. I was hitting Elder armadillos with roar area Wail. Never able to get it above perusing.

Noted a similar effect with roar area everild

noted a similar effect rotating through three different roars everild, wail, and kuni

So training Debilitation seems to be really really hard. I would assume 420 ranks debilitating a critter like an elder dillo should more than train the skill.

Each time I was hunting for about 15 minutes, should have noted that.

Had Volcano, Dragon, Tenacity, Prediction up as well.

Debilitation: 340 16% ruminating (8/34)

After about 15 min in assassins, training by hand, using ROAR AREA <slash, rage, shriek> at different times. Voice was drained, but I would attempt to roar area after every 2-4 attacks. It does seem to teach less than other skills. in that same time IF got to 23/34, augmentation to 22/34 and all defenses were locked. It's not impossible to train, but more difficult than I would have guessed.

Learning debilitation at the high end is a bit broken right now. I'll be implementing some fixes for it in the coming days.

Out of curiosity, could any of you post your circle and grandfathered magic ranks? I think there might of been some short changing with the earlier calcs and want to verify.
