Description: Increases balance and power of held weapon, reduces chance of critical miss.
Cost: 2
Pre-Req: 6

I'm not sure what "reduces chance of critical miss" means? is that the 1/20 roll?

Anyways, if that is it, it was said in another thread that a critical bad roll(miss?) is very rare.
I tested this berserk with a scim, and it added +1 balance and +1 suite range. I didn't time it but I want to say it lasted maybe 5 minutes.

I'm having a hard time finding any time I would ever use this berserk? Has anyone else expirimented with it? By the way I love the concept of it, I just feel it needs some extra umph to make it worthwhile enough to use our limited IF pool. It's cost and pre-req seem to high for what it delivers.

I know nothing about spells mind you but this was posted in another thread:

A tyrium serrated kudalata is a heavy edged melee-ranged weapon.
A tyrium serrated kudalata trains the large edged skill.

You are certain that it could do:
low puncture damage (3/25)
severe slice damage (13/25)
somewhat moderate impact damage (6/25)
no fire damage
no cold damage
no electric damage

The serrated kudalata is poorly designed for improving the force of your attacks.

You are certain that the kudalata is fairly balanced (5/13) and is soundly suited (8/13) to gaining extra attack power from your strength.

You are certain that the serrated kudalata is quite guarded against damage (12/18), and is in pristine condition (98-100%).

The serrated kudalata is made with metal.
You are certain that the serrated kudalata weighs exactly 46 stones.
You are confident that the serrated kudalata is worth about 2936745 dokoras.

With capped Resonance...

low puncture damage (3/25)
very extreme slice damage (16/25). The kudalata's edge seems to resonate with violent energy.
somewhat heavy impact damage (8/25). The kudalata's face seems to resonate with violent energy.

That's +3 slice and +2 impact. They didn't show balance and suite so no idea if that changes and I don't know what the penalties are for this spell if there is any or how much it costs or how long it lasts. I am going to assume it lasts longer than 5 minutes. I'm going to test the berserk again later just by itself in combat to see if I notice any difference in my combat ability.

That weapon was probably on the upper end of Severe Slice, as I only get +2 on a less damaging weapon with a capped Resonance. It's probably more like +2.3 slice just for the record :P

Yeah tough to tell with the ranges, thanks for the info.
