This skill seems to be out of wack.

I can roar a successful wail in creatures that teach me well in weapons and armor, and with 145 grandfathered ranks of debilitation learn nothing. I can wail area in the same creatures and not get all of them and learn a very little bit. I do not think that I have successfully gotten the skill to over 2/34 no matter what I have tried.

On a positive note PvE combat seems to be a lot more fun now. I haven't tried PvP yet, I don't imagine I will be having as much of a heart palpitation trying to get the jump on the other guy but that is not all that bad if it makes up for it in interesting tactical choices which it does seem that it will.
