Since our new skills are NOT MAGIC (per Kodius many times), should we be able to learn them by listening to a mage teach warding and the like? Should a mage be able to learn these skills if a barbarian teaches them? Should a barbarian be able to learn these skills by listening to another barbarian?

Extreme agreement.
The only question I'm torn on, is whether or not we would be able to learn/teach a thief, when their systems are converted.
I could see good arguements either way.
