So I was about to log out after having cast a bunch of spells, and did a HEALME so that I'd be all good to go the next time I log in. Strangely, I got this message when I did:

The thing is, I hadn't died at all, and nothing was acting like I had a death's sting. When I logged in I was under the influence of several stat buffs, all of which had ended during the course of my time logged in. I had just recast them immediately prior to doing the HEALME. I believe the stat-related spells I had in effect at login were Vigor, Tranquility, and Mental Focus. At the end I had put up those plus Gift of Life.

The only thing I had done differently than ever was that I started bleeding while Blood Staunching was in effect, then I tended it and recast to get the dormant version of the spell back. I healed the bleeder before it unwrapped. I don't see how that would matter in this case, but ya never know I guess.
