Due to the efforts of rogue sabotage gnomes, room mana and attunement skill were not properly being taken into account when preparing / casting / harnessing. The gnomes have been severely punished, and the wondrous people of Elanthia (well the testers at least) should notice that harness costs are quite a bit different (read: better for you).

Please let us know what you think compared to previous, since this is what it was actually supposed to be!
