Is it for all attacks or just the occasional ones? Also, is it only certain messages or does the same message sometimes have a body part and sometimes not?

Seems like it was an occasional hit. I just tested Compost with Zeteivek targetting each individual body part, it connected just fine and displayed correctly. The only thing I can think that might have happened is random target from Diggan might have tried pulling tail or skin from the bucket of random body parts to hit. Seems to working just fine when specifically targetting body parts.
Hm, yeah, if you see it again (for any spell), can you give me the details as to the race of the caster and target, what spell it was, and the messaging of the hit? If this is the bug I"m thinking it is, it only shows up randomly and is annoying to track down, so we might end up releasing with it since it's infrequent and minor.

I think this is fixed. It was an issue with determining which defense deflected the attack. Sometimes it thought it was shield when it wasn't.
