Thats not a unable to read due to skill issue. Its just that the scroll got nuked in the conversion.

treasure system currently. When they updated a part of the scroll system all the current loose scrolls including those sold on ratha all got messed up. If you have scrolls in a scroll leaf of a spellbook those still work. Otherwise youll have to find fresh ones off of critters.

Is there a plan to fix the ones on Ratha before release, or is that something that's lower-priority and might be fixed after?

Yes. all my magics are over 1000

For some spells yes. For others the spell turns into another spell. I'd have to look at my book to see if darkness changed or vanished in my spellbook. I think that one changed to shape moonblade tho.
