Is it possible to dispel debuffs that have been placed on yourself? If so, do you just PREP DISPEL and CAST, or do you have to CAST <your character's name>?

Just cast, or cast other person/creature.
It's more for removing buffs, than removing debuffs.
Also, Ward Break is more for barrier spells.
It doesn't work on everything, like you can't dispel cyclic buffs, and I'm not sure it'd work on a curse.
There might just be some things it can't break either as intended or buggy.
