We're getting close to where we want to be for Teleologic stuffs, then I can go do something else for awhile...

Added Predict Analyze for creatures to check for the predictions TV causes.

Astrology now reduces the difficulty of casting Teleologic spells.

Casting Teleologic spells now teaches astrology (If the cast was of a reasonable difficulty).

Sorcerous Patterns should no longer make learning from casting Teleologic spells extremely hard if not impossible at low levels.

Tezirah's Veil and Sovereign Destiny were bumped up to Esoteric. This will make casting them harder, but the return is that they will teach much better at higher levels. Seriously considering bumping SET and TF down to Advanced, but that's not decided yet.

... Likely some other bug fixes I'm forgetting that were in there or behind the scenes or whatnot.
