Is crusaders challenge gone permanently or is it just not coded yet?

Also a long time back Paladin were told we would be getting a spell that forces targets to face us at melee and out of stealth, happen to know if this is still on the table?

AFAIK, the plan is that Endurance (the guild exclusive/armor-primary skill for Paladins) will address things like tanking, as well.
