In the spellbook description it has Ice Patch listed twice as pre reqs for choosing the spell.

I believe it has been mentioned this is due to one of the reqs not being released yet similar to the blank text as well.
Luck is nothing more than opportunity meeting preparation.

I wasnt sure what had been tossed out there yet so I figured Id just post all the issues I found to help them track stuff down.
