Is elemental charge supposed to drain when I PATHWAY SENSE or PATHWAY LIST? It appears those commands are knocking down my elemental charge back down to less than full capacity.

Also, when actual pathways are in use, my elemental charge seems to be draining really fast. Starting with full charge it takes only three pulses on pathway focus damage and two pulses on pathway focus quick before the pathway collapses.

I'm wondering if this is an issue for pathways as well. I have a hard time learning Summoning in combat, where we supposedly are supposed to learn it using Pathways. I feel like it's unintended that the only way to lock the skill is to start a pathway and repeatedly summon admitance.
I have a few questions, however, since I may be doing it wrong. Do higher level pathways teach better and/or drain more charge? Do higher difficulty spells recharge more? Do spells cast with more mana recharge more?
