I'd say you have a good chance. I died during the server crash. I REPORTED, waited a couple, and then a very friendly GM came by to return the favor I had lost departing (didn't wanna chance losing my items) and gave me an RPA for the experience loss. Generally they're very good, but you do have to let them know.
