If POO or POE are beging detrimental to training, or are being used to create albeit minor but still inconveniences.. is then ground to remove said POO or POE through dimplomacy or if that fails.. through force of arms?

Such as Empath A with here alfar avenger.. standing around the bank, watching her POE pull people from hiding? Or going through hunting areas slowly on prupose? Things of that nature.

I ask as i play a thief.. and if i happen to be following some trader with plats in thier pockets and he goes near the bank.. and just before i make my last grab.. an avenger spots me and pulls me out of hiding and thus getting me caught.. i would think that would make me a bit angry.

I can just see it now.. not only will traders continue to use Empath as cash-cows because of thier Dont-steal-from-me status, they will get to use the avengers as protection as well, and from what ive heard.. thugs of a tradering nature.
