Can all offenses be waived? on 11/10/2011 10:32 PM CST

So I was wondering if this weekend ONLY the GMs could find it in their hearts to accept the excuse "I was playing Skyrim" as a valid excuse if provided with a picture of Skyrim in the background of the consultation suite?
