I'd like to echo the thanks. There are many premium benefits that I enjoy (type ahead, multi character, homes) but I think the sessions are something tangible that keep feeling new and add a lot of value to the subscription. While they are time consuming, I truly hope these continue.
Side note - Someone remind me of the time limit? Once every 3 months?

You get a chart, and you should see a line (if you've gotten an alteration) that has in the last column: (4-Month Alteration): [GMPC's name]
Or at least that's how mine appears.
