Instead of giving Estate Holders a montly gift, perhaps it would be better if we received an annual gift instead that is a much higher quality gift? This would cut down on GM time and result in us getting an very nice item annually.

So LTBs? How about rather than monthly gifts, they're given the option of 500 simucoins or the equivalent LTBs?

Well perhaps that premise needs to be re-evaluated. Perhaps being an Estate Holder for a time period under a year should not provide elegibily to a gift, especially if its a very high quality gift which is what I'm suggesting.

IMO, any "high quality" gift given to a mass audience isn't going to be higher than T5. Right now most "gear" is T4. I'm skeptical that they'll give everyone a T6, which is quest end-prize and/or auction quality. That's generally what the LTB shop can be for.
There's also the issue that one thing a year will not make everyone happy with what that thing is. Sometime monthly gifts are something I find useful, sometimes it's not. We have more chances for something "fun" for us if they're monthly.
Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
