It's 1800 LTBs for the pouch with a J and K gweth in it. I unfortunately purchased this earlier this year. I'm hoping to get a refund of 900 LTBs, since now you only need 1 gweth to function with the ESP updates.

Naw. You got it when it was needed and it did what it had to do. I don't see a return of points happening and I don't feel like it should have to happen at all.

Yeah, basically the cost now is the option to either wear j or k (for fashion!) but you'll be hiding it anyways...

I agree that the LTB charge for this could bear to be looked at.

Another perk of the 1800 LTB gweths, was they were unbreakable. Gwethmashing changes have made that obsolete as well. Still would like a refund. I'd much rather purchase gweths with charges for plats in hindsight.

Perhaps if there are still two, make it so they both don't bond to you anymore until you grab one of them out of the pouch? IDK, just whatever... no need for 2 anymore. Whatever adjustments do/do not have to be made are up to the GMs. I was just thinking about the item(s) in general needing a tweak.

Discussions on whether LTB gweths need changes (and what those might be) are still ongoing, to the best of my knowledge. I'm not personally involved in that discussion, but I just wanted to let you all know they haven't been forgotten. Figuring out what to do with them, if anything, simply wasn't worth pushing back the release of the new gweth/ESP system.

Just stating this over here, for thoroughness:

E.S.P. interaction has gotten easier, and less demanding. This is an overall deal.

This being the case, the price point of more then a year worth of LTBs seems excessive.

My suggestion to create an item that is more in demand is to keep it as a two item grab bag, allow one of the two items to be shared with another individual who is still a premium account holder (perhaps it's just another character in the same account).

It doesn't take that much from the demand of the item, it's still for Premium people. It might increase the occurrence of use.

Perhaps also lowering the price tag, LTB items (from my perspective) don't have as much demand as I'd hope they'd have. More should be done to spice up the selling and exchange of the LTB 'currency'.

I don't think a refund is needed. I have gotten multiples as it was one of the better options.

That being said I do think they need to be tweaked.

I like the idea of making it a different stone, that's just a cosmetic change, but make it easy to identify.

Changing the bag to 1 stone at half the price is also a good idea.

I don't see the need, or point of locking them to a specific character, that should just be removed. Who cares if I spend my points and give it away? Or sell it?

Which if they are not locked to a specific character, changing the stone, and making all LTB gweths into the new one lets people just take their now extra one and put it on another character. Which makes everyone who paid for two happy, or at least less unhappy.

I'm still getting use to the new gweth system, but gweths turning off for 1 hour isn't something new to people who had LTB unbreakable gweths. Is there any plans to upgrade these LTB gweths? Or is this simply a nerf to an LTB reward? Kind of sends a mixed message regarding appreciation for premium players.

I haven't heard anything new on it lately. Given the GMs involved in the discussion and the workloads they've been dealing with, I sort of don't expect that this will rise to the top of their plate in the immediate future.

That said, I have a couple ideas regarding them that I'm starting to formulate on my own that could possibly happen sooner rather than later. I'm not going to detail any of that though, until I have proposals submitted and approvals in-hand.
