Where are these? It says there are premium versions, but nothing is marked on the map they're linked.

IIRC, there's a gate a few rooms north-ish of the path into Steelclaw that leads into the hunting area.

As for the premium version, those are located in the same area as the standard ones but there's additional premium only rooms further in.
