I am not an Estate holder in the Realms...Yet. Much to learn, and purchase. But here is my 2 Kronars worth.

With all the good ideas, and personal tastes running around the Realms on home interior decor, I was wondering if it would be possible for the GM's to allow the Estate Owner a way of (Describing/Decorating thier own home.) You would still spend your hard earned coin shopping for furniture around the Realms...But, in the Front End in Configuration, perhaps another TAB with Estate. Inside the block area you could type your own room description, and each time you enter your abode, you would see what you typed.

Example:
<As you enter the home of Tuctayuctuc you see: A Bright green carpet of plush Moss that gives off a sweet heady scent. Various types of Tree stumps cut into the shapes of high backed chairs circle a warm fire in the middle of the room. Plants adorn the bare walls completely covering the stone/wood/earthen walls. A waterfall on the far wall flows gently into the floor.(Yeah it's got running water.) A soothing melody of water comforts you. The celing is decorated with leaves, which give the illusion of being under a large tree canopy. You can almost hear the forest around you.> I don't know program codes, nor how difficult this would be. But just an idea. Lots of folkes would be able to do thier own thing. Bought items, and stored items inside the room, would be in thier regular place. But if ye ain't got no furniture...ye can at least throw some leaves on the floor for carpet, and haul some logs inside to sit on.(Even if it is RP.) GRIN WIDE
