Who owns the cabin on Horseman's Run in Therenborough. It's by three cottages owned by Dareth, Luq, and Mirynka. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Adongonif, I've been looking at that cabin for over 3 months and yet to see an owner or anyone go in or out. It's aggrivating because, I hate to be this way but, I want a cabin. I also intend to use it. Just wish people wouldn't claim something like that if they aren't going to use it.

If you find an available home in an area you like, but that home is currently a Dwelling or a Cottage or something, you can go to the home exterior shops and change the exterior to a Cabin. It doesn't cost much to do the exteriors, I think mine cost less than 3 plat. If you are looking at rural middle class homes that means a trip to Aesry :-)

No clue who has that home, but it has been claimed and unentered for as long as I can remember...and I've been in Therengia and a homeowner for a long time.
Just as an FYI: You can change the outside description of your home once you claim it as long as you stay in the same class. Check out one of the furniture shopping sites (you can find a link in the link section of the DR website) for a list of whats available and where to get it. I believe that Mason's Circle and Chanter's Retreat are also of the housing type you are looking for, if that will expand your options.
I myself chose Chanter's Retreat, as it's a little quieter, and not inside the city walls.

PS: I agree with your opinion that unentered homes should have a timer limit.

I'll look into it a little further. I already bought a home that I thought was middle class rural and apparently is not. Tried to change it from a dwelling to a cabin in Leth to no avail. I'll continue house hunting however, it still upsets me to see homes (to me) mistreated like that. Thanks Coine.

how do I do that, have a GM check it. Do I bug the house or assist? I tried to assist and got no where. The GH that helped me was kind enough but didn't really seem to be able to do much more than to tell me that I need to check other stores. Here's the descrip of the neighborhood. I could be wrong but I thought dwellings were middle class rural.

Hanging over the porch is a small sign which marks the place as the home of the local midwife. You also see a grey oak-shingled dwelling with vibrant red roses and ivy twining across the arch of its door, an oak-trimmed dwelling, a neat red brick home, an abandoned oak-shingled abode, and a pine-shingled white block house.
Obvious paths: east, west.
Mine is the second dwelling, oak-trimmed dwelling.

No, Bavest, those are middle class urban. You'd find exteriors in Riverhaven for your home, and I don't think "cabin" is one of them. If you want a cabin instead, you might move to one of the other Therenborough neighborhoods, particularly Chanter's Retreat, outside the gate and up the dusty trail.
