Someone please buy my house! It's perfect in location for a Ranger, or for anyone who splits their time between Therenborough and Riverhaven. As I've moved to Crossing, I no longer wish to live here. It's exactly the same as when one first moves into a house, with a sturdy oak table, a stick cot, a small firepit, the requisite Estate Holder's plaque, and a dusty oak floor. My only change has been to make the room smell like pine, instead of mold.
Thus, I'm charging 3 plat for it, the "base price" for a home. It's middle class rural, and is a "grey fieldstone cottage". E-mail me at IceGirlNIN@aol.com (or IM me there) if you're interested. Once arrangements for pick-up have been made, I'll run up there, deed the home, and barter it with you in the Estate Holder's bank halfway between Lang and Theren; if you'd rather barter in the Crossing's bank, I'm charging you one-way ferry and barge fare ;)

Atha, you don't need to go to Langenfirth to deed your home. The homeowner can turn it into a deed anywhere, so you can do that at Crossing, and the person receiving it can then turn the deed in at Crossing Town Hall. Pretty easy for everyone. The new homeowner will want to go out to Langenfirth to put his or her name on the home (and to use it, one supposes) but transferring you can do in Crossing.

OR you can deed it in Therengia and turn it in at Ibec Hall in Theren.

Sorry,
