You tap a sandlewood box with the words "Aroamer's Elanthian Ink Shop" across the top.

Inside the box you see a carved bone tattoo needle, a world dragon dragon pattern, a wolf pattern, a ranger crest pattern, some black ink, some red ink, some blue ink, some white ink, and some orange ink.

The colors can be mixed in order to create new colors which give this a touch of alchemy.

The patterns have to be studied just like with embroidery and of course there's a skill check to mechanical lore and scholarship pending the pattern.

Will tattoos have Stamina checks? Heh.
