I've just elected to learn "Bone Armor Strengthening" but can find no help or instruction about how to do it. I've worn Talia's ears out asking variations on a theme but all I can get is that the technique will improve durability. There appears to be no tools available to do this job so I'm wondering if it has yet to be implemented.

Hurgh, what specific issue was this again? I've been off in Combat land lately while I wait for enchanting proposals to clear.

The tempering equivalent for bone armor. It doesn't exist as anything but a tech.

That's this thread's issue. I think there was another thread with something about bone armor stats that they're referring to. I only vaguely recall its existence, however, so I can't provide more information unfortunately.
