Last we heard, it is not possible. There already are as many store variables as the engine(?) can support.

You raise your hands in the air. You wave them like you just don't care. Somebody says, "Hey!" Somebody says, "Ho!" Somebody screams.

I would totally exchange lockpicks for tools, especially since rings exist these days.
Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.

Weird, but not surprising. Sometimes I think the DR engine was built on a Commodore 64 using Pet Basic...ah well. Its probably one of those things where they have to rewrite 100k lines of spaghetti code to get one variable changed from 6 to 7 or something. Probably end up with some weird unexpected side effect like every time someone smiles a moongate explodes in Riverhaven.

I think most people would agree on that one, but I guess it would depend on whether the store variable limitation is in the type (lockpicks, gems, etc) or in the items being linked to it...like diamonds, sapphires, swords, etc.
