It seems like a change went into place last night, and now there's a timer in learning between steps? Was xp nerfed?
I was crafting last night about 14 hours ago, and I just now tested this morning to compare. I'm not seeing any difference at all as of this morning. It still takes me ~3.5 at level enchantments to lock, and I'm getting enchanting xp on every step that gave it before. Are your tools damaged? That can have a significant impact on xp earned if they're damaged enough.
