I've been making silk rucksacks at outstanding quality for several months....until today. Not only does the study of the instructions fail to cap out at "You scan the xxx instructions with a glance and completely understand all facets of the design." (its suddenly now two below that at "You scan the X instructions with a glance and confidently discern most of the design's minutiae"). On top of that, I make a huge mess of it like I didn't have 979 ranks and all the techs. I assisted and the GM could not see anything out of sorts, but something changed since yesterday. I've double checked and have all the techs, tools are all repaired, etc. The rucksack still reads as "difficult". I can still make miner belts and saddles pads from silk at outstanding (which are the same level of difficulty) and "completely understand all facets of the design." Has something with the rucksack itself changed?
