It looks like the Ratha society doesn't sell deed packets anywhere.

Also, "ask grimbly about teeth" and "ask grimbly about necklace" don't generate any response from the game, not even a basic "I don't know what you're talking about".

The Shard society should sell them at the bottom of the substance catalog. I'll get them added to the Ratha list here in a few.

Oh, and Grimbly talks about herself if you ask her about Grimbly. I believe I captured all her personal stuff there.

Not sure if you meant to do this, but when you added deeds to Ratha, you removed lead nuggets (they had been in slot 13).

Also, I can't seem to find an ingot cutter anywhere, although maybe I'm just being blind.
