For the sake of our fragile inventory limit it would be just great if deeds were stackable. Maybe we could keep them in an album or folder of some sort?

What would probably be best is a container like a spellbook case. The case could be turnable from one folder to another, allowing you to sort out your own deeds the way you wished. As for inventory count, Spellbook cases (to my knowledge) don't count the items inside of inactive folders as part of the total inventory count. The best way to manage the inventory of deeds is to take metal deeds, get the nuggets, smelt the like ones together, then deed the ingots. I've been collecting platinum, silver, covellite, oravir, iron, and a few other metals into extremely large ingots, most close to around 100 vol each. It definitely helps reduce the deed count.

Unfortunately, the best way to manage inventory count is not to use deeds at all. As a temporary solution deeds are currently just fancy containers, so each deed actually counts as two items.

Good idea, I'll do that. Still wish they were stackable though.
