To add a rank benefit for teaching id like you to be able to teach non-combat skills in combat at when x ranks of teaching by y ranks of discipline (why not) equals z.
simple, id love it at least, and nothing ground breaking. Who would complain about this?
While I'm not totally against this idea of being able to teach non-combat related skills while in combat based on rank and stats, it is already a perk of being a Bard that I greatly enjoy. It gives more opportunities to gain teaching experience where others might not be able to.
In case you didn't know, Bards can already teach non-combat skills while in combat.
