Judging from some emails I am getting, I am not certain my initial post about members was clear.

The membership lists that I posted are what the system recognizes as your present members and where they "stand" within the order. Due to a variety of reasons that I can't explain these are not changes I can make for you 98% of the time. You will need to track the individuals down if they are not listed in the appropriate category and make the fixes.

There is one situation I can -attempt- to correct. This is if you are 100% positive you removed/added-in someone from/to the order and it didn't "stick". I can then look up some information. However, there are two key factors that must match. If those factor's don't match -exactly- it will default to you again. (And no I can't explain any more than that). If you have people in this situation, email me who it pertains to. Otherwise, you need to coerce your members into some footwork, or you need to do the footwork to reach them.

Believe me, if I -could- fix this for you, I would.

Because of this confusion, I'm going to go ahead and give you until the meeting time Sunday when we claim your scepter to continue to work on it.

Note-- Nothing will blow up if you don't get this done or reach every-one of your members in time. They -can- be adjusted with the new scepters. But, if they are not done before hand, until you catch up with them they will essentially be "non members", badges may possibly break, and they will have to wait it out until you are able to meet with them.
