Devorak is not a current member of ODS and I'm not even sure when he was a member. I'm aware he's going around with ODS titles on and causing problems including killing folks. I'm working on getting his access to order titles removed.
Off topic, but Ragran needed some new jugglies since he outgrew his old ones, so he got some. Little "shield" jugglies, in fact.
They were perfect. Locked him faster than any ever have.
Then I looked at them and realized that they're ODS jugglies. Ragran almost through himself on his katar.
