I can't think of any more to add at the moment but I'm sure if I missed one another Shielder will pipe up.
Just a few things.
Sargeant should be Sergeant
To provide some seperation between the ranking of militias Lieutenant could be altered into the Australian or South African of Lefttenant. Vice Commander or Commander could be exchanged for something else as well like Brigadier and Colonel perhaps.
Guard/Guardsman/Guardswoman
