Thankfully redwing hockey will be on. I could hardley sit through the last lord of the ring. So long and boring. Tell me if the second one is worth downloading for free though.. might be tempted to do that.
Halfling > hobbit.

It still amazes me how Tolkien manages to explain the ideas in his book so it inspires a universal vision. While watching this movie last night there were many times when I caught myself thinking wow.. I have seen this before, only it was in my imagination not on the screen. And Gollum was done outstandingly well, and treebeard, and the oliphants, in fact the only thing that even slightly rubbed me the wrong way was the small size of the throne city of Rohan(I cant remember the name right now) but it probably was intended that way, I just imagined it larger. the orcs and Uruk-hai are represented as the intelligent race with diversity of character(many shades of dark) in this movie, the scene before the riders catch the uruk hai detail with merry and pippin was amazing. I could go on and on about this movie.Go see it.
