Dunno if my house is still standing.

I am in New York.

There is no hurricane in New York.

I am too exhausted from the drive to worry about the house right now.

Honestly, if there is something the community can do for you - even send you $5 (or $15... you are in New York) to get you a beer so you can relax and get your mind off the things you are trying to get your mind off of, please let us know. I, for one, would be happy to help in whatever reasonable way I can.

Update: house is standing - was a bit of an island for a while, but no water damage, so that is fairly awesome.

I'm okay, everyone I know in Texas is okay. Some of them a bit soggier than others, but okay.

Your kindness is appreciated. DR folks have always been amazing!
