Anyone wanna organize a get together of Dragonrealms players in Southern California to go see this movie. After reading the humor section, I think we would all have a blast as a group of DR players going to see this movie.

You're right, though, it was a dismal turnout with just the three of us. These LA types just dont seem to want to get together much. Be nice to have a LotR get-together. Pam and I may not be in the area by the time it comes out (we are looking at heading back up to the SF area in October), but we could probably come down for the gathering, especially if it is planned for a saturday night. (hint, hint)

Besides were are more southwest than Arisona and New Mexico are, and most of Southern California is desert too if most who live in it live along coast. I'm in Bakersfield and it sure feels like desert here.
And on that note, since I do live in Bakersfield, I think we might have better turnout if we met in LA area, so I'm hoping someone in LA area could suggest a theatere we could all meet at.

Yes, it's definitely for the crazy desert people, like me...I complained about there being no real board for us (or just me, I might be the only one <G>), so they made one. If the PTB are listening, thanks. :)
Anyway, I'm in Tucson, and I'm more then welcome to hearing from the people not quite in the SW, but near it...but I'd prefer to find out if there is anyone in my area, or if I'm it.
