Hey I have a weird question... I had a total blast at Simucon last year and unless the dates change, won't be able to go this year. Is Vegas Con similar as far as the non-official stuff goes? Like are there people hanging out to bug in big groups like the lobby at Simu? I have no desire to gamble, is there other fun stuff to do that there'd be others doing as well? (Like when the fun "planned" stuff isn't going on...)

From the sounds of it, it sounds like a blast, but before I start the extremely difficult process of requesting time off, I'm hoping for some reassurance that I won't be too terribly bored <grin>
