when I first came into the game as a WM I tried to get some items on the donation shelf (steel arch area). I could pick up some items, like the wormwood ring on the shelf (inexpensive fluffy ring) or a nemmiro ring. However, when I tried to get certain items like the black leather boots, the battle-worn leather cloak, some of the cambrinth armbands, or steel weapons, it would say I should leave the nicer items for older mages. However, now that I'm circle 10, I'm too big for these items "which are meant for younger mages" So basically, I'm never allowed to pick up those items. Someone on chatter said it's because you're not allowed to have too many items, but I was unable to get those items immediately after joining the guild. (Without picking anything else up)

The WM shelf is pretty weird. I think the idea is to keep people from rolling fresh out of the character manager and pillaging the shelf, but as far as I know we're one of the only guilds with such restrictions -- and our shelf is a lot less accessible than the empath and moon mage shelves.
Do we really need these rules?

the shelf in the riverhaven WM guild is so overfilled its scary. Lifting the circle restrictions would help everyone and hurt no one

>>Ranger shelf is similar, and ranger only. But ya, it usually fills up with junk that I can't clean out to put useful stuff there because of level restrictions.
Same with Traders. I'd like to just be able to do some house cleaning on it. Why are there restrictions placed on higher circle characters from accessing the same donation box, they are donating too? Maybe to keep me from taking one of those nifty pair of pants that's been sitting in it for last 4 months. It is tempting; it would save me a whopping 5 copper from the local NPC store.

If you would please submit a BUG report in game in each of these rooms with overcrowded donation shelves, I'd like to take a peek at them and see if there's an easy fix - and if not, then I'll have a list of places to keep half an eye on. I know where a couple of them are, but having a list on hand would be very cool, too.
Thank you kindly!
