I have been doing some testing and found that when I have SKS cast, I cannot use the Slip Command. As soon as I release SKS, in the same room, while still in hiding, the Slip command starts working again. I tried it several times and all with the same result.

Found the same - specifically for slipping items off the ground. Other options seem to work fine (to/from container, worn items on/off).
