I always found it incredibly weird how hand injuries (and to a lesser extent, eye injuries) impact certain things.
Missing eye - Perception (and/or foraging?) penalty; Can't collect even rocks with one missing eye. For a number of complicated reasons, I know losing an eye impacts one's vision by more than 50%...but, I don't think losing one should count as "completely blind" in certain checks.
Missing hand - This one really gets me. A lot of what you can't do makes perfect sense, but you can't search or stalk at all (neither of which really make any sense at all...)
Also First Aid, even if it's at a fairly large penalty, should be doable with one hand. Again, I think the penalty for this should be greater than 50% for a broken/missing appendage (perhaps 75% or so if missing an arm/hand then a full "too injured" if both arms and/or hands are broken or worse. I imagine there could be some exception coding to prevent penalty stacking from the same arm/limb being broken)
It'd make first aid considerably more valuable, and also give purpose/reward to those who get really high FA ranks (since currently it's a bit pointless after 400-so FA)
