Due to a massive crime wave, the guards of Elanthia have received some additional training. When they issue a new warrant on someone who already has a large number of warrants out, they'll now be more persistent in their attempts to make an arrest.

Translation: The guards had previously only been making one attempt to catch a criminal after issuing a new warrant. In the case of a character that has a very large number of current warrants on their record, the guards will make more attempts. The number of attempts and the amount of time that they keep trying is dependent on how many active warrants you have on record.

This should have little or no impact on cautious criminals, and it is still very much possible to evade capture.

The release will actually occur a little bit later today (sometime past 4PM EST) because I want to be here to monitor it and that'll give you at least a little notice before it's turned on. It'll go to prime first, and then plat and TF will follow if everything seems to be working properly.
